Our Service provides AI-powered aesthetic evaluation of images you upload, including scoring across composition, color, lighting, mood, and theme dimensions, along with brief textual feedback.

3. User Content

• You retain ownership of images you upload.
• By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process, analyze, and transmit that content solely to provide the Service (including sending it to third-party AI model APIs).
• You represent that you have the right to upload any image and that it does not violate any laws, infringe third-party rights, or contain illegal, pornographic, violent, or defamatory content.
• We do not claim ownership of your content.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Upload content that is unlawful, harmful, or violates others' rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our models, algorithms, or source code
• Use automated systems to abuse rate limits or scrape the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service output without our written permission

5. Subscriptions & Payments

• Some features require payment via Apple App Store or Google Play.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Refunds are handled by the respective app store platform; we do not process refunds directly.
• Pricing may vary by region and is displayed in your local currency at checkout.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service name "Arthetics", associated logos, visual design, and software code are owned by Guangzhou Huronghuang Culture Development Co., Ltd. and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our trademarks without permission.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is." Aesthetic scores and feedback are generated by AI models and are subjective, for reference only, and not professional artistic judgments. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any particular purpose. Use at your own discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Guangzhou, Guangdong.
